CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from the service start time will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Appointments cancelled the same day and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. If a client is 15+ minutes late to their appointment, they must reschedule and pay a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service total. Cancellations via text, voicemail, or email will be determined by the time stamp on the message. We do not allow guests unless they are also being serviced.
